Comment by Octavia Sexton on May 22, 2009 at 6:37am - Ok, I'm not cajun, but love the stories, food, culture and all. So excuse my ignorance on this - I do not know how to make gumbo! I have tried a few recipes I found but none too good. If anybody can give me some pointers, i sure would appreciate it.
