What kind of info do you want here ?
We've needed a "clearinghouse" site for All Things Cajun for some time now, where you can come and find out- in one place - about the many aspects of the Cajun Culture.
So what kind of information would you like to see provided here ?
Already in the works:
1. Schedule of Cajun & Zydeco Music performances - not only locally (in Acadiana), but all over the world, wherever our local bands play. As other bands - who are not from this area - find out about this site, we will list their schedules as well. Help spread the word and we'll add info on as many bands as we can.
2. Schedule of Fairs, Festivals, and Celebrations of all kinds. We Cajuns are fond of celebrating, and don't need much of an excuse to do so. If you know of an event we don't have up yet, let us know !
3. Recipes and detailed posts about how to prepare Cajun food favorites. Again - don't see something you like ? Add it !
4. Food reviews of Cajun restaurants, no matter where they are. Add your own as well.
We also will provide info on many other aspects of the Cajun Culture - one of America's National Treasures.

Hey Joe,
I met you a while back when you came to Rayne to pick up my KILN. Love this concept and my daughter and I just had a cajun dip mix professionally packaged. It is called DIP DIVAS. Our first recipe is a hot and spicy cajun dip mix you mix with sour cream or cream cheese. The packaging is very funky and fun and the dip is delish!! We are presently looking for marketing ideas and Bingo I think I just found one. As of now our dip mix is available at Louisiana Hot Stuff, but we are presently working on a website. Would appreciate input from anyone. Here's to all things CAJUN! Madelene Boudreaux
